Brainkind
In-studio media training for two spokespeople ahead of the launch of a hard-hitting report into the likely prevalence of brain injury amongst domestic abuse survivors.
I ran mock interviews on various radio and TV formats including one for Woman’s Hour Radio 4 as this was an upcoming opportunity for the pair.
Thank you Lisa for such a brilliant media training session for my Brainkind colleagues - they loved it are so different about media opportunities now and full of ABC technique!

It was really helpful in the lead up to appearing on Woman's Hour. I felt really well prepared. It gave me some great strategies. The teaching then in-person practice and review was a great format. It was really good to be able to try out all the different media formats. Everyone was really helpful and supportive, which made what could have been a stressful situation much easier.
It was really reassuring to be able to learn techniques to navigate difficult questions. Lisa was very reassuring and helped me to think about how to get out my key messages. It really helped to spend time distilling a big report into soundbites. The best training I have done In ages.
