I have been delivering media training for 20+ years.

My sessions are practical and stretching. Whether I'm working with a CEO, a policy expert or a frontline member of staff taking their first steps as a spokesperson, I aim to help people communicate with clarity and confidence when the pressure is on.

Drawing on my background in campaigning communications and radio and TV interviews, I use realistic interview scenarios to teach simple, memorable techniques that help people take control, perform under pressure and get their message across.

Much of my work is with organisations communicating on some of the most pressing issues of the day, from public health and the energy transition to criminal justice reform and human rights.

Clients include UNICEF UK, British Cycling, Prostate Cancer UK, the British Heart Foundation, Mencap, RNIB and the Prison Advice and Care Trust (PACT) and a range of purpose-led UK and global organisations.

I live and work in London but can deliver media training from studios all around the UK as well as remotely, online.
