I have been delivering media training for 20+ years. My approach centres on putting people at ease so that they really learn and you get the great spokespeople you need.

From experienced CEOs to frontline staff taking their first steps as spokespeople, I help people hone their skills so that they leave my sessions feeling energised and ready for the next interview opportunity that comes their way.

Media trainer for the British Heart Foundation since 2017, the MS Society since 2015 and RNIB since 2022, I use my sector experience and media expertise to teach simple, memorable techniques in a safe and supportive environment.  A trustee for global child rights charity Child to Child until December 2020, I have significant experience in crisis management.

Passionate about all things social and environmental, I have helped organisations stand out and be heard on topics as diverse as youth homelessness, green coffins, the death of the high street, climate change, the energy transition, forced labour and invasive plant species.

As well as charities, I work with progressive businesses and public sector organisations with a mission to inspire positive change.

I live and work in London but can deliver media training from studios all around the UK as well as remotely, online.
